INGREDIENTS
- 4.5 oz. Castle Honey
- Fresh lime: 1 medium-sized (yields about 1 ounce fresh lime juice)
- Bottle of Ginger Beer
- Lime wedge, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
In a shaker with crushed ice:
- Muddle 1/8 Fresh lime with 11 shakes Orange Bitters
- Add Castle Honey and shake
- Divide evenly into two Mule Cups
