Honey Sour

INGREDIENTS

• 3-oz Castle Spirits Honey
• 2-oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 3/4oz Simple syrup
• 1-Egg White

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (without ice).

1. Add ice and shake again.
2. Double-strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
3. Garnish with a skewered maraschino cherry and orange wheel.
