INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/4 oz. Castle Spirits Honey
• 1 oz. Redemption High Rye
• 3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
• 3/4 oz. Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
• 1/2 oz. @_Simple_Saffron Syrup
• 5 dashes Barkeep Apple Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients into a shaker

1. Stir ingredients with ice
2. Strain into a rocks glass
