Ingredients

• 2 oz. Whiskey (Rye or Bourbon)
• .75 oz. Castle Spirits Honey
• .75 oz. Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

1. Add whiskey, Castle Spirits Honey, sweet vermouth, and bitters to a mixing glass
2. Fill with ice and stir
3. Strain into a coupe glass
4. Squeeze lemon zest over the drink, rub peel around the rim of the glass, and drop the peel in the glass
