Castle Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Castle Honey
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 5 dashes Old Fashioned bitters
• 4 dashes orange bitters
• Orange peel
• Luxardo Maraschino Cherry
• 1 large ice cube (preferred)

Mixing:

1. Pour over a large ice cube the Castle Honey and the three bitters
2. Stir gently for 20-30 seconds to chill
3. Express the oils from an orange peel over the glass, then drop in for garnish
4. Add cherry as garnish
